At Ninety9one, we are committed to serving our community with excellence and integrity, in both our ministry and marketplace. We aim to ensure that every product you order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended — thank you for your patience and grace.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days (after processing)
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during holidays or unforeseen delays.

Domestic & International Shipping:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
Once an item leaves our hands, we rely on our shipping partners to deliver it safely. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at miguelyepiz@ninety9one.com. We will review each situation individually and do our best to resolve it — with honesty and grace.
